A new era
... with the preservation of old values
In December 2022, the two long-term employees Stefanie Helm and Sascha Duschek were appointed as the new CEOs. The planned transition from company co-founder Dieter Schilling to the two managing directors then took place in April 2023. The transition was overshadowed by Mr. Schilling’s rapidly worsening health.
Mrs. Helm, who had been with the company since its beginnings and was in charge of administration and personnel. Mr. Duschek, who knows trade fair construction from the ground up thanks to his career in various areas of the industry and heads the operational trade fair construction, project management and planning division. They form the perfect team to further develop the Schilling brand while maintaining the old values.
