SCHILLING goes ISO 20121
SCHILLING Messe- und Ausstellungsbau GmbH starts into a sustainable future with ISO 20121
We are pleased to announce the start of the development of a management system in accordance with ISO 20121:2024. This initiative marks an important step in our commitment to comprehensive sustainability and responsible management in all aspects of our business activities.
Sustainability: a “must-have” standard, not a “nice-to-have”
For us, sustainability is not just a “nice-to-have” attribute, but an indispensable standard. For this reason, we work together with our partner 2bdifferent to make the trade fair industry as sustainable as possible. That’s why we have always attached great importance to ensuring that the exhibition stands we build are largely reusable in order to conserve resources and minimize waste.
Our aim now is to take a holistic approach. ISO 20121 is the internationally recognized standard for sustainable event management, which aims to minimize the environmental, social and economic impact of events. By implementing this standard, we are demonstrating our commitment to sustainable business practices and actively contributing to a more responsible exhibition industry. It is important to us not only to live this philosophy, but also to make it visible to our customers and partners. This process helps us to systematically pursue and continuously improve our sustainability goals.
We are convinced that sustainable management not only benefits the environment, but also secures our long-term business success and strengthens the trust of our customers.
