Advanced education at SCHILLING

At SCHILLING Messebau, we attach great importance to further training and innovation.
We are therefore convinced that constant advanced education measures are the key to success and a qualified working environment and thus bring about lasting positive changes in the company.
Our project manager Marleen Haupt has already put this philosophy into practice. Since 2022, she has completed her training certificate and most of her master exams. Currently, Ms. Haupt is working hard to successfully complete her master carpentry qualification. Her commitment and determination are exemplary and show how much we care about the development of our employees.
